Join us on a journey of discovery at our Terra Madre Day celebration at the Oude Molen Eco-Village on Sat 10th Dec 2011! We will be celebrating with Slow Food international the magnitude of Mother earth and all its talented artisans that will bring you fresh farm produce grown organically sometimes under the most challenging conditions

. Our market will be held in a tent on the grass to imbue your spirit with relaxation as we enter the Christmas spirit of fun, sun and meeting friends. Many of our stallholders have been preparing for this special market for sometime to ensure that they bring a spirit of innovativeness to the day through their efforts. Foods with distinctly different flavours will be on offer, braaied fish,patats and meats, smoothies both vegetable and fruit will invigorate, your tastebuds. Wraps with veg or meat or chicken filled with salads to provide that crunch

Under the trees will be tables and chairs to relax and meet new friends and children will be entertained on blankets on the grass, there will be pony and horse rides, music that will be vibey and not too loud whilst the tantalisng smells of meat on the braai wafts through the air.
